Thank you for visiting this website. Arbury Estate has recently undertaken pre-application consultation on plans for a residential development on land west of Woodlands Road in Bedworth, the consultation period has now closed.

The plans include 150 new homes, 25% affordable housing, public transport improvements, a community hub and children’s play areas. We are now progressing the technical work prior to the submission of the application. You will have a further opportunity to comment directly to the council, once the application has been submitted.
